Corporate Account Manager - Leicestershire

Position : Corporate Account Manager

Contract Type : Permanent - 40 hours per week

Location : Pall-Ex House, Victoria Road, Ellistown, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1FH

Working hours : Monday to Friday – variable hours

About the role:

Duties include:

  • Identifying and winning opportunities within our current customer base while retaining our existing volume

  • Working with the Customer Service Manager, BDM’s and Head of Corporate Accounts to onboard new customers and win business through successful trials

  • Managing own appointments to ensure all corporate accounts are met face to face for a monthly service review

  • Preparation and content creation to be able lead captivating and purposeful customer meetings

  • Manage the coordination between all internal departments involved in the corporate customer experience (transport, operations, compliance, customer services, IT, etc)

  • Working closely with CS Manager to ensure maximum customer satisfaction & best working practices

  • Ensuring customer compliance in line with MSA ruleset, providing training and upskilling to customer base where appropriate

  • Keeping all corporate customers updated with recent developments, new services and upcoming enhancements

  • Updating CRM with all customer updates


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an Corporate Account Manager role

  • Knowledge of the Logistics sector preferably pallet networks

  • Strong communicator, able to actively listen and understand customer feedback

  • Genuine care and ability for problem solving

  • Integrity, professionalism and honesty

  • Proactive and positive

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
