Position : Regional Network Director – Scotland / North Region

Contract Type : Permanent - 40 hours per week

Location : Field based in the Scotland region

Working hours : Monday to Friday – variable hours

About the role:

Duties include:

  • Recruit new members by managing and improving supplier pipeline

  • Retain new members by strong relationship management based on trust and honesty

  • Minimise or reduce all costs

  • Increase revenue by supporting growth from existing members

  • Increase revenue by replacing members who are unwilling to grow

  • Support Compliance team to ensure service levels and business KPI are met by all members or source replacement member to improve


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in pallet networks

  • Credible business professional with strong interpersonal skills

  • Innovative issue resolution with good sales skills

  • Courageous management style with ability to challenge to be better

  • Strong communicator with the ability to actively listen

  • Integrity, professionalism and honesty

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
